Issue related HDFC lifetime free cc.

I was offered hdfc moneyback plus cc almost a year ago and it was offered as an ltf. However today I saw 590 rupees was charged on my credit card in the name of membreship fees. Ltf cards are free so why am i getting charged a membership fees. I new to cc. I want to know if same has happened to someome else. What should i do now ?

if you don't find any answer, contact cs they will help you the best to understand why annual charges has been charged on your cc.

Due to HDFC experience, I always send mail to customer care and take confirmation on mail for LTF.

Axis was good in that, for MyZone, LTF was written on welcome letter itself.

If you have any artefacts regarding LTF claimed then complaint to HDFC customer care and after 30 days to RBI.

Or maybe they offered you First Year Free card and now as second year is beginning they charged you renewal fee? Email with any proof you have about LTF to grievance.redressalcc@hdfcbank.com and ask them to clarify about membership fee.
