I have checked the mcc code and it is 9399. No cashback for sbi cb card as this mcc is included in the exclusions list.

Better pay using UPI as most banks doesn't give cb on 9399 mcc and more over NHAI is charging additional convenience fee and gst on using credit card as payment

Annual pass works on Highways operated by NHAI. It does not work on highways operated by state corporations. For example, annual pass does not work on Mumbai Pune expressway, but works on Mumbai Delhi expressway. Some highways are within state are also operated by NHAI where pass works (e.g. Bangalalore Mysuru Expressway)
