HDFC Credit Card Upgrade Route

I currently hold an Imperia Salary Account, and recently noticed that the Pre-Approved Biz Credit (Biz Grow, First, and Giga) Cards were available under my offers section. Since my previous HDFC card applications had been rejected, I opted for the Biz Grow Card, which has now been approved.

My long-term goal is to eventually hold premium cards such as Biz Black, Marriott Bonvoy / Tata Neu Infinity, and Infinia.

Could you please advise whether I should proceed through an upgrade path after how long or a floater card option, or submit a fresh application using my existing Biz Grow card as a base for easy approval?
