I'm in a very frustrating situation with my HDFC credit cards and I'm hoping the community can advise me on what to do next. I've been completely unable to log into the PayZapp app due to a persistent technical issue since October 18th. This is preventing me from managing my Pixel Credit Card, and it's also an obstacle to closing the card, as I need PayZapp access for the process. I've raised multiple tickets through the PayZapp web center, but they are consistently being closed without any resolution. I have also sent several emails to the Grievance Redressal team, but the problem remains. What are my best next steps to get this serious service deficiency finally fixed?

Edit : the issue is resolved now. After raising multiple complaints in email, finally customer care resolved it. Now in place of entering last 4 digits, it just asked pan number, and done: successfully logged in
