I checked still same, they are implementing this as per my guess. seems like they are overloaded with too many cult vouchers redemption.
These twitter influencers posted about rsdc like crazy,it became very popular

Based on this drama, I wish rupay team bring some more usable option like 1000/ 1500 Apay gift card as an alternative to cult gym coupon for those who can't avail those facilities due to various reason.

Exactly. I've redeemed my codes on 4th November and codes were working flawlessly. Whereas from 5th November, this issue started.

As per the above terms now added in the redemption page (even if they implement it fully), there are some workaround.

I will avoid discussing that here in public. There are people who get jealous of others getting some benefits and they will try to close that too.

Problem started from 11th November 2025. When members recieved their cult code after waiting few days and while doing redemption/ validity check of the voucher found that the code is not getting verified. Following screenshot appears. @Hope @JSK111

In the meantime, we have also observed that Rupay team made a few minor changes in t&c of the redemption. Like only cardholder can use the voucher and mobile number will be linked. See here.

Linking mobile number and or email is still not verified by any members as if now. Will update as we learn more on this.

Now the next set of questions are...
1. Whether family members of the card holders can not use those vouchers?

2. Sometimes people use different phone numbers for banking but use different set of numbers for public profiles like the one they share with gym. How they gonna link them?

3. Is it that only phone number to be linked? Or their is another option alternate to that like email? Because as per usual practice redemption vouchers are shared through email by rupay team.

4. The bigger question is what is the motive behind such drastic changes? ...that could impact thousands of people across the country. What's cooking in their mind? Or is this just a temporary glitch?

Let's wait and watch. And most importantly, if you are affected by this decision then don't forget to raise your grievances with Rupay Select / NPCI team immediately for roll back.

Btw, as shared by @SSquad @drvirag and @Ram1 the same problem is also being faced by people who use same mobile and email combination for both rupay account registration and cult profile. So, something is seriously wrong at their end.
