1. Unable to edit mobile number (I checked it's not possible now, hope they will bring option).

2. Privacy concerns with sharing mobile number.

3. Send email from every registered email id.

4. For multiple cards in same id specify that how to effectively use benifits provided by multiple banks linked to same account.

5. Non availability of cult in city therefore sharing with family members.

6. Others.

Plus in corporate gym voucher case AFAIK they use email but here they are talking about mobile number.

Plus cult still won't allow multiple voucher addition in account even if they are linked to mobile number.

They had to address many things. Worst part is they implemented one thing without proper work.
