I already have bob premier, and hpcl LTF, I now see the banner on bob website. If I apply, will I get it or will be rejected?

You can only upgrade from premier. Or close premier and apply.

Can anybody tell me the verification call number as I missed call from 1600-31-3088 number today and I suspect call may be from BOB regarding Eterna credit card application for which I did vkyc today but didn't get any application number so also tell me when you guys got the application number whoever applied and got the credit card

I have both hpcl and premier cards LTF, just hit the reward redemption button. In how many days it'll be processed? And my bill date is 1st, so I can only request for PAN deletion post statement generation?

Nope you have to close card.
Post card closure you have to wait for 1 more statement of then Pan remove request.

Eterna Application Experience for my wife (NTB)

Applied for the BOB Eterna LTF credit card on 12th November evening through cred link. Filled in personal (communication address different from aadhaar) and employment details (Entered salary as 12L , actual>12). All the cards except Tiara were shown as LTF. Chose Eterna and got Visa & Rupay variants, went with the Eterna Rupay. Completed Aadhaar verification via DigiLocker.

Faced a minor issue with vKYC on Wi-Fi (location not detected) but it worked smoothly on mobile data (waiting time was very long). Completed the vkyc process successfully but did not receive any confirmation message or email.

The next day, received an email to complete the pending application, had to e-sign the application. After which got confirmation that the application was submitted and kyc under review. Within an hour, received an SMS that the card is generated. It was very smooth and seamless card application experience with BOB with approval and card generation in less than 24 hrs.

Congratulations on the new card. Just wanted to check if they asked you to upload bank statement or link with any aggregator and any address proof was asked to be submitted.

No nothing.

I did not had to submit any bank statements or salary slips nor link to aggregator. Even for address proof we just had rental agreement and latest electricity bill copy under my landlords name ready if they asked. They did confirm communication address and card application filling location during vkyc. Maybe it has to be same.

That's good, last year I was rejected because i didn't have any communication address proofs, hence applied it offline this time. Let's see where that goes

Earlier banks use to ask for address proofs while filling the application itself but now I think with ckyc they are checking if the given address is already present in the records or not. If it is present then it goes through perfectly fine. Sometimes they give you option to select address fetched from the ckyc while filling. One bank did this I exactly dont remember the name.

+1. Last few days I am searching for reasons to apply for this card. It will not make any difference. Just one more card in my stack.

Reasons that I am not interested in this card:

• Rupay JCB offer is not exciting me (no plans of traveling to south east asia)
• Unlimited lounge access (have many other cards, no need of unlimited)
• Delhi T3 arrival lounge access (who knows when I will visit Delhi)
• Reward points (not attractive)

Why else should I apply for this?

• Visa infinite variant offers (maybe but not compelling)
