FirstCry - Logistics Partner Query (RocketBees)

Hey everyone,
Until now, whenever I’ve ordered from FirstCry, the courier assigned has always been XpressBees.

I had ordered 'R for Rabbit 3 in 1 Picaboo Sportz Baby Carry Cot, Feeding Chair & Rocker - Grey & Black' on 11 November first time and this time the courier assigned is RocketBees. The problem is that this courier doesn’t seem to have its own tracking website. The shipment was picked up —just about 3 hours after I placed the order—but since then, there haven’t been any further updates. The estimated delivery date was (12th November), since then i had ordered this product three time again and again it shows the nest day delivery but did not reach to me till now .. and also these is no update on order status.

Has anyone here had experience with RocketBees? How reliable are they in terms of on-time delivery?

Better to touch base with FirstCry, as it's a Listed Company.
(They have to follow certain standards.)

It seems some issue with the Delivery Partner for your location.

I had raised concern many time on firstcry app, but not get any resolution or even any update on my order.

I asked my older brother, who just became a father on 27th June 🥰. I noticed he always orders from First Cry, and the shipping partners are Rocket Bees and XPRESS BEES. So, I asked him about the courier service, and he said it’s alright. There are some delays sometimes, but they always deliver before the expected date. Also, Rocket Bees and sometimes EKART handle the returns.

He said that you can always track your order through the First Cry app, and First Cry takes care of any issues with the courier. The customer doesn’t have to get in touch with the courier partner.
