Bro, I don’t think anything can be done because EbixCash transactions get classified under a Utility MCC, and Kotak has become very strict about this. It’s better to leave it, and even complaining to customer care won’t help much. They’ll also ask where you made the transaction, and you won’t be able to tell the truth.
