Dont fall for it, u said u had no use with this card, look for alternatives or unwatch the thread.

Apply for rupay or mastercard variants if applying online. Many people including me have got bob easy card instead of eterna visa variant.

How do you remove PAN card details from their (BoB) system? I closed my Premier card day before yesterday and my statement date is tomorrow.

Would be helpful if the the members who have been successful in closing and applying would help others please.

NTB, applied online through Cred, whole process was smooth, did Vkyc on last Sunday, card generated on Thursday and received today. No office/home verification. This was unexpectedly fast from a PSU!

I am also seeing a link in my Cred. In the offer details, it is mentioned that I have to apply for Premier Card using the link.

please tell everything in detail, I'm holding Premier as well and statement date is 16th of every month ... so, for me, each information matters as there's only one more statement generation left on 16th December and offer end date will be merely 2 weeks after that

It depends upon your salary and if you meet all the requirements.

After card closure, will I have to wait for PAN removal only after statement is generated?

Asking this because even I close my Premier CC today, statement generation will be on 16th December now and if I raise request for PAN removal on 17th December ... then almost consider that I'll be applying for the card around 1 week before the offer expires ... around 22nd - 23rd December

As per my observation, existing BOB customers are consistently facing issues when applying for the ETERNA credit card online. Interestingly, non-BOB customers seem to have a smoother experience, including successful vKYC completion.

In my opinion, you should go through the offline route—either via BOB branches or authorized agents. The success rate is significantly higher compared to applying online.

You need to NTB for bob credit card only. Bank account doesn't count for their credit card criteria

I applied offline, 1 week still no update, it says application is under process.
I think it is luck based wether you apply online or offline.
