Opened new Kotak 811 Classic Acc, Debit card query.

I opened a Kotak811 Classic account and during opening the VKYC agent was saying that they will send me a PVR Visa debit card which I declined. They then said that they will send a Classic debit card which I also declined and I clearly said that the Virtual Debit card will be enough for me.

If even after this they send a physical card what should I do? This account will only be used for online payments so I have no need for a physical card at the moment.

Hi, before VKYC you will get an option whether 811 classic debit card is required. If you opted out then nothing to worry.
