If u have fulfilled the 5k spend criteria in the last quarter for HDfC Plat then u can get lounge access on it. Otherwise open a new SA as suggested by @Akashn to get the rupay select DC. For new DCs the spend criteria is waived off for the 1st quarter.

Canara rsdc has spend criteria?

They didnt have any spend criteria for their Platinum/select cards until this year. But in the last 6 months most PSU banks have introduced 5k spend criteria in previous quarter for RSDC lounge access. Not sure if Canara bank has done it already but they will also do it soon
