Forcing an ineligible card code on the form is a hit or miss. YMMV.
Okay have forced the card code yesterday on the form at bank branch, also raised complaint to PNO for incompetent staff not knowing how to apply for any debit card (they were asking me to call customer care to apply for the dc😭). Will keep you guys updated..

you can do whatever to get the card but make sure not to revel to them what you get with this card.
Just say anything or like this card having better perks for IRCTC that's why taking it.

no way... u can only apply it via branch and according to my branch executives they can't take request for this card.....do check at ur branch that they r taking ur request or not...
