Should I upgrade to Hdfc DCP?

I have a hdfc millennia credit I am getting a offer to upgrade to DCP with first year free annual fee and second year onwards with 1000rs fee. Should I upgrade to DCP or not?

I have 1) Hdfc Millennia
2) Hdfc Swiggy
3) Airtel axis
4) Amazon pay icici credit cards

I don't spend on hotel, flights.

Okay. Can you suggest a good card for insurance payment or a way to get a good cashback on insurance payments? I have around 50-60k of insurance in next one month.

Tata Neu Infinity gives 5% on Insurance payment. But upper limit is 2000 only i.e., benefit on payment upto 40k.
