Better to go with BOI dc instead.
Boi all debit cards have similar reward system, take rupay card no charges for bill payments.No exclusions too.

This idbi is visa, most portal has charges .it has many exclusions

That's basically what I asked in my post, I'm looking for the same thing, also can anyone tell me if there exists any debit card with no merchant restrictions like boi rsdc, along with no limits on earning points, I'm hoping some PSU bank might still be offering the same

I was trying to avoid these new apps, I ventured axis setu and even idbi setu. Idbi setu has dc payment option for CC bill but it just doesn't work...
