I was just posting in another thread recently,

I have not got a spend based offer, limit enhancement or card upgrade from HDFC in more than 10 years now. (Starting with Regalia)

I have also did some good spends in the last 30 days ( and over the year.) on my TNI. I got my TNI ltf when HDFC was giving it to everyone.

What is going on?
