sRide - no option to close account. What to do?

Back in 2018-19, I used to offer and avail bikepool service via Quick Ride and possibly I had even signed up for sRide which does the same job. I never used the app and I keep getting emails from sRide. I even clicked on 'Unsubscribe' which usually located at the bottom of email template but they've not even removed me from their mailing list.

I downloaded the app, only to find out there's no option to delete account and I had emailed them almost 3 weeks ago and never heard from them.

Is there any portal like RBI Ombudsman, CPGRAMS etc which can take action on them? I really don't get it, how this company is functioning with just an email address which isn't even addressed?

block their mails .... then they will moved into spam and will be deleted with time.

Thanks for this, I've this as a last resort, didn't write it in my post but but but, I really want them to be scolded by any regulatory authority where I can complain.

I just need name of the authority where I can complain about them.

LinkedIn humiliation works best for these sorts of companies. Use an GPT of your choice and tag them in the post, it should work in my opinion.

If and when I visit Delhi NCR, I'll make sure to visit them in-person

Nice point, will do this too in addition with complaining on consumer portal. Even a post on X will be there.
