Ordered Jio SIM online, not delivered - Suggestions

Hi,

I ordered a new 5G sim online on November 18th. I completed KYC and paid Rs 359. I was promised SIM delivery within 24 hours. I received an SMS on the next day with delivery person's contact number. But when i contacted the person, he told me that they don't deliver SIM if payment was made online (He was not that blatant, but it was obvious). I called customer care and raised a service request on November 21. I again called customer care on November 25 and November 26 and spoke to the escalation team. I was promised SIM delivery within 24 hours. But I've still not received it. I've now written a strongly worded email to care@jio.com that i might have no choice but to go to consumer forum if not resolved. Any suggestions?

Bro, you ran out of ink while posting! 20% of your post is one color and the rest another color. Please use raw paste (Ctrl + Shift + V/Command + Shift + V) while pasting.
I'm unable to see different colours. I use technofino on Chrome on Android.
