Have closed bob card few days back, and my statement date js 18th of every month, guess it's gonna be close for pan removal and then applying new card. Thinking of doing offline, can you DM delhi guy number will try offline, will send docs via porter 😅

Yes.
All Rupay Select CC benefits are not given to all banks Select CCs. Only selected benefits are available depending upon the bank and card, I think. That's why I wanted to know what is the advantage of taking Rupay Select variant of Eterna compared to Visa Infinite or Mastercard World variants.

I saw in BOBCARD website that golf benefit has been withdrawn for Eterna CC. But, in Mastercard website, when this card is selected, it still shows that this card is eligible for golf benefit. Don't know whether golf benefit under the Rupay Select variant continues.

Dude.. just use fake location during vkyc in browser. I have done this for all the application. I keep moving 😛

One of my friends applied via branch. She is new to bank. No vkyc, no in person verification on home and office. Aadahar address different from current address. Only Telephonic verification.

If you don't have any other LTF Visa Infinite, go with this. BMS benefits, BYGO upto 300 off and F&B combo off as well.

Rupay: There are plenty of LTF RuPay card available.

No benefits on this card. Only bank offers.

There are fake location apps on play store where you can set your aadhar address. You need to enable developer option -> mock gps -> select that app and then do vkyc with location enabled.

I usually do the reverse. I set Bangalore address(friend's flat) since I'm living in rural area and this becomes my communication address.

I have IDFC First Wealth (Visa Infinite LTF). that's pretty much not used at all, thought of having one more Visa Infinite.
Not still sure if I need or not. All these go into drawer card collection buckets. Because I only use 2-3 core cards for points and miles.

If you are heavy spender then choose RuPay because you will get RuPay scan & score benefit (online UPI transaction also count), i know some people they redeem Rs1500-1500 Amazon gv from RuPay scan & score offer on every few months.

Also currently unlimited lounge access easily unlock through RuPay variant.

I had closed the BOB Premier card in the last billing cycle. Have received the statement after that. Now they are asking me to wait for one more billing cycle. Which is the 20th of the next month. By the time the PAN gets removed and after all the holidays and everything the LTF offer period will be over.

I am proving to be very unlucky when it comes to credit cards. Like everything else. #FML

@Abhishek012 , Nowadays, 90% of the business disable the credit card option in UPI Payments (Including Govt)

Even PSU banks are also give offers on only on their VISA cards on many online platforms.

This card does not have any RuPay Select benefits like OTT, GYM, SPA, Health, Travel vocuhers.

RuPay is simply waste.

Most of banks issue Rupay card as additional with core card. BOB will issue HPCL or Snap deal LTF card in rupay network once you got the core card.

Seems good for forex txns (online - 1.39%) and other online category(3.75%) if someone doesn't have SBI CB etc.
