So I am thinking of Buying Amazon Fresh GV from HDFC Smartbuy...but I just need Clarity regarding does this voucher balance operates similar to amazon pay balance? ( For example if I buy a fresh GV of Rs 5000 can it be used in multiple transactions of Rs 1000 each?)

I haven't used Amzon Fresh Vouchers before.. but I strongly believe they work just like Amazon Pay GV balance ..we should be able to use the balance for mulitple orders.. see the below screenshot .. we can find out the balance of each GV balance like below which means it stores the reamaing balance for the next payment..
When your cart contains only Fresh products then it will show the Fresh balance or Apay balance to choose from for the payment...

Yes it works. I had 5k balance in amazon pay gv and bought additional 5k fresh gv. When I went to payment page, it was showing both balance and was asking to chose 1 either fresh or pay.

It actually works more like amazon shopping vouchers. It is also displayed in same card as amazon shopping vouchers in amazon pay.

On payment page, you will see combined value of amazon shopping voucher and fresh vouchers. But based on what you buy, amount gets correctly deducted from appropriate pool.

Yes, you can use one voucher across multiple orders as well as multiple vouchers on one order.

Extending this, If one had 5k amazon pay, 5k amazon shopping voucher and 5k fresh voucher, you will see two balances - 10k as vouchers and 5k as amazon pay.

Advantage of using fresh voucher instead of just using amazon shopping voucher or amazon pay gv is saving of ~4% processing fee.
