The most rewarding debit card! PNB Imperial RSDC

shazansalim

TF Buzz
Today, I’m sharing my experience of getting the PNB Rupay Select Imperial Debit Card — and honestly, this isn’t just another debit card, it’s one of the most rewarding ones currently available in India.

Let me start from the beginning — I had applied for this Debit Card recently (the only reason I opened an account with PNB) The benefits and vouchers that come bundled with the Imperial variant easily exceed ₹16,000 in total value (maybe even more, I haven’t done the exact math yet!).

What makes it even more interesting is that PNB allows up to two add-on cards, meaning you can actually have three Imperial Debit Cards linked to a single account.

Although a few posts on Technofino already discuss PNB’s new debit card lineup, I wanted to make a dedicated thread exclusively for the Imperial Debit Card — so that anyone planning to apply or looking for real-world experiences can find everything here and discuss their queries directly related to this.

Eligibility: You need to open a basic savings account with PNB (Unnati savings scheme). Then you have to transfer 1 lac into the account in order to be eligible. I have enquired from the people already holding the cars that the balance does not need to be maintained, also PNB does not have any non maintenance charges. If you think any debit card
beats these benefits in the pics shared, let me know!
Only offline application possible.

I haven't hotlisted virtual DC, only physical DC I did hotlist

Let's wait for a day at least, it may show up later but immediately after hotlisting physical DC, it still didn't show up and I had to hotlist that card anyway since it was a RuPay Classic variant and of no use at all.
UPDATE :

Primary card is showing now in PNB One app, I'll visit branch tomorrow and apply for add-on card if it's not been applied by the employee. I forgot to take his number and I'm hoping he attempts to apply from his end in the morning. If the amount for issuance is debited, I would know he has already applied, else, I'll visit during my lunch break and get it done.

In elite exc Savings Account imperial RSDC is free but it has 1L MAB and nil charges for non maintenance , so will the benefits be withdrawn immediately if we don't maintain or they will continue till the year end ?..........if i apply for Elite executive account online do i have to visit branch separately to apply for imperial DC or it will directly get delivered to my address ?

I checked that I had received email for confirming e-statement registration for debit card, separate email for primary and 2 add-on debit cards.
The link expired after 72 hours but I want to know what's this?

It says I need to contact branch. Why would I need debit card wise e-statements? Is that actually necessary? Will I miss out on anything since I failed to verify within 72 hours?

Went to the branch today, was able to apply for only one add-on card ... submitted the filled up form, took the employee's phone number ... once I've activated 1st add-on card and it starts showing in PNB One app, I'll call him and he will process the 2nd add-on card ... I'll have to wait for a while now but no need to visit bank now (hopefully).

My branch employee was able to apply 2 add-ons in a single request.

Has anyone who applied for the Imperial Card on or after the 14th Nov received their ATM card or any tracking details? If yes then when you applied, share the date.
