Booked through ACCOR website but with Microsoft corporate codes where I work

See, I also did the same. I work for a similar company.
But there was a 20% discount offer from accor side on top of the chain rate. So that booking was not eligible for fast-track. I confirmed with accor. But I have few more bookings upcoming. If you have any upcoming bookings , just ask them if any of that are eligible for the Fastrack offer. They will tell.
I am staying 5 nights before December and one of them is eligible for the offer and I will get +5N.

This is never gonna work, I tried hard but didn't budge the way I wanted it to. Few escalations and my way of dealing things, Voila I'm platinum now without the 60 nights !! But guys dont chase this and waste your time for turning into platinum. China stacking still works, but they may claw back later because as per their conditions max bonus nights are 30 so do it at your own risk !!

What do you mean you are platinum now? is it from CTM fast track? Escaltion helped you get status nights afterall?

Nothing to hide bro, I asked them reasonably , gave them a perspective of how I’m invested with them ( signature plan , A+ ) etc .., they elevated my status to platinum without the nights requirement.

I booked and stayed using corporate rates after registering for the CTM offer. The nights are not yet credited. Fighting with Accor and making them understand that I have satisfied their T & C

They are very dumb. Unless system credits the night, nothing would happen.

2. my company uses FCM Travel, if I book 1 night stay using FCM, will i be eligible? If yes, which offer should i register before booking? CTM or the other one?

I went through the normal route only. Booked in app. But since the company code was already added in my profile, it showed corporate rate. There was no additional offer other than corporate rate.
I don't know what is FCM Travel.
I think I registered not using the CTM offer. The other one.

Usually they respond within a day. I sent my booking IDs of upcoming stays and asked about eligibility to fastrack.
