I wanted to know if these are genuine to sell gift cards ? ( The site is down : Cardbecho.com )

Or this guy

I have the whatsapp number of cardbecho guy and he is willing to buy the giftcard but I am not sure that he or the company is legit.

If anyone has any idea do shed some light.
