BillDesk Not Accepting Amazon Pay Wallet Payments Anymore?

Hello everyone,

Earlier, I used to load my Amazon Pay wallet using my HDFC Millennia Debit Card and then use the Amazon Pay balance to pay my credit card bill via BillDesk.

But this time, when I tried to make the payment, BillDesk is showing this message:

This payment method is not accepted by this merchant

Is anyone else facing this issue?
Has BillDesk stopped taking payments from the Amazon Pay wallet completely, or is this some temporary restriction?

Any information or workaround would be appreciated.

Not sure when did you try last, but it was gone long back.
For me it stopped showing 4 months back when once I randomly tried. But could have been longer for others.

This still works... I just paid 40k CC bill via BillDesk.

I also think it's still working, just paid for HDFC Cards.



I only face a problem with SBI Cards.

Use Bajaj app, mobikwik app and pay via Amazon wallet UPI

Vi website (Use scan & pay if Amazon UPI option now showing on mobile browser then use desktop mode & scan through other device) - https://www.myvi.in/utilities

zavo app also supported.

Just clarifying - paying via Amazon UPI would debit the money from bank account, no? How to use debit card?? (Kotak super 811/ HDFC platinum)

Or are we able to load amazon wallet with sbi cashback and use it for amazon upi payments?

You will get Amazon wallet UPI ID.

Almost all Wallet now launched Wallet UPI and you can use your Wallet money anywhere using wallet UPI - free bank transfer or credit card bill payment or anywhere through Wallet UPI.

Note - first you need to complete full kyc on Amazon wallet (or any other wallet app) and get your Wallet UPI ID.

Amazon Wallet UPI launched, AmazonPay Balance (Money) Can be now used to send money via UPI.

Load through Credit card and transfer to bank via UPI, Free of Cost.

Updated - If your credit card loading is disabled then try this trick - you can also load via Uber app on Amazonpay wallet using your credit card/prepaid card.

Also Earn HDFC bank credit card rewards points via Uber app loading to Amazonpay wallet.​

Note- Only for Amazon wallet Full KYC accounts. Update to Amazon app version 24.12.4.300. Amazon gv is not...
