has anyone received this....

i got it for my card just now and i called customer care and they said it not blocked...and the thing i received mail and checked my account i got know that i forgot to pay bill of 8k out of 72k and I paid it now.......but it is not showing as blocked in the account and i received the mail today just 30 mins ago and also confirmed with customer support and they said not blocked....


my friends account which i use also received this and his card is not visible in the account itself called customer care they said they will revert back in 2 working days....

Profile update kar raha hoon, prepaid card apply karne ke liye, To address section mein ye issue aa raha. Kuch bhi add karne pe.

Yes, utility category, use Vi app for cc bill payment.

RuPay DC - you can use any app - paytm, phonepe, freecharge, billdesk website, canara setu etc.

is this somthing working now? can i use kotak 811 dc card

first complete full video kyc on ebixcash and wait for approval.

now login on ebixcash.com and go to bill payments >> more option, you will see GPR Card option. Apply virtual variant card.

Right now RuPay CC on UPI are getting free loading through UPI, so some people are using 5 to 10 lakh on EbixCash.

Look at it from the company’s side too — they don’t have that much pre-loaded money available to handle such big amounts and the actual funds reach the company after 1–2 days when the transactions settle. These issues usually happen at the start of the month and then from the next week it starts working properly.
