HDFC Rewards Debit Card RWC50 Application

Hello,

I applied for the HDFC Rewards DC, code RWC50 at my home branch on 2nd Dec.

My RM says its applied and is in progress, but I haven't received any email or SMS confirming the application.

And there's no update in app as well.

How can I check if he really applied?

If it’s been so long then it’s not been applied I guess. I’ve seen hdfc has always processed my debit cards within 1-3 working days and have sent sms/email for it, even shows up on app

Talk to RM, take written receiving/acknowledgement from RM that debit card has been applied from their end (for paper trail)

1. See in your mobile app if the card is visible or not.
2. Call customer care 18001600 and ask the status of application.
3. If nothing is visible, go to another branch and apply once more.

Nope, don't. Once u receive rewards DC and u uses it, previous active DC automatically gets deactivated
