🔐 OTP LOGIN FORCED ON USERS
RuPay Select has now introduced a mandatory Login via OTP system — and honestly, this change is more inconvenient than helpful.


😣 What’s the Issue?
✘ Yet another step added just to log in
✘ OTP dependency can delay access
✘ Users weren’t given any option to continue with the old method
✘ Sudden change without proper communication


📲 First Login After Update
Every user is now forced to enter a 6-digit OTP just to access their account for the first time after this update.
Many users will feel this wasn’t necessary and only complicates a previously smooth login process.
