Getting ASSPL Merchant name for Regular Amazon Purchases with SBI Cashback Card

Hey everyone,

I'm getting ' ASSPL ' merchant name infamous for not fetching Cashback in Millennia Rupay variant, everytime I'm ordering anything from Amazon now using SBI CASHBACK card.

Are you also experiencing the same and if yes - did you get the Cashback?

I had done a transaction for Gift Card and gold coin together and got this, SBI Card APpp also shows “ASSPL 560055 IN”.

Let’s see once transaction settles

In other not I feel ASSPL is for Amazon Seller Service Pvt Ltd, it should not be used for retail

Afaik Jupiter used to get the same Merchant name...

I had actually received 5% cashback for a transaction from my Millennia card tagged as ASSPL in October.

Me too and after that I returned the product, if clothes are considered as utility transaction then I can't wear electricity/gas/bills.

Roar bank RuPay CC - ASSPL - auto credited 1% to 5% cb (depend on roar bank cb offer)
Jupiter Edge+ RuPay CC - ASSPL - auto credited 10% cb
Millennia RuPay CC - ASSPL - some categories auto credited 5% cb but if chance not credited then contact Grievance Redressal email id - Grievance.Redressalcc@hdfcbank.com

HDFC Bank’s grievance team is more knowledgeable, they don’t ask any questions. They agree in just a single email to give the 5% cashback. Hopefully, starting this month it will also start coming automatically for everyone.

And this person has the RuPay Millennia variant, he got it automatically -

other banks automatically credited. No need to complain.

HDFC also credited now for some categories if you get ASSPL name but if by chance you still not receive
