Kotak app is not working

i have no track of 2k now< should i wait? 2k debit is done on kotak....but not showing in my cc bank. The first bill for 500 was sucessful and got the cashback for the 2nd payment of 2k i did not get any cashback.

update: i have the amount payed on my CC but i did not get any cashback... lost 12Rs as service charge.

Good question, I have asked this to both supermoney and kotak, none of them have given a proper reply.

I am assuming the Credit card and FD will be linked to supermoney and the savings account will be independent via Kotak 811 app. So for existing 811 account holders this is most likely a 2in1 thing rather than 3in1 just like the USFB partnered CC

Thanks for sharing, I am just looking to start building a credit profile with just min fd, because with 1k, I can easily spend 250-300 and keep the utilization under 30%, will it be a good option or should I look for other options like idfc first earn or suryoday rupay plat.?
