Saw a Youtube video in which its mention that Payoneer account will charge minimum 15$ fee for a withdrawal if amount is less than 500$. is it true dada @TechnoFino ?

That's huge. See if you can withdraw using virtual visa card, and then use it for shopping/paying bills on Indian websites.
I have used Payoneer multiple times in past, they didn't charged me anything... But I'm not sure if they have changed their conditions recently.... BTW, if you are looking to spend the money, VISA prepaid card can be a good option, as you'll bonus.
Note: if anyone redeeming for Visa card, make sure you select US as country if they ask you.

To maximize value, I was thinking of cashing out my TopCashback balance in two parts:
$90 as a Visa Prepaid Card (to get the extra 5% bonus), and
The remaining amount via PayPal.
My intention is to use the Visa Prepaid Card for the McAfee purchase because it would save me forex and PayPal conversion fees on the $90.
Before I proceed, I have a few questions:

Their checkout page only lists “credit card” as an option, so I’m unsure whether prepaid cards are allowed. - Is splitting my TopCashback withdrawal this way a good idea overall?
My aim is simply to reduce fees and earn the extra 5% bonus from the prepaid option.
