Sbi contradictory sms

Hello
I received two SMS messages for my SBI Credit Card application with the same application number 2834XXXXXXX798, but they are contradictory.

1. First SMS:
   “Congratulations! Your SBI Card application has been approved. Your card will reach you in 7 working days.”
2. Second SMS (received later):
   “We have received your SBI Card application. Please give us 11 working days to process it. Annual fee is ₹1499 for PhonePe SBI Select RuPay card.”

I am confused because:

• I did not submit any documents (salary slip, bank statement, etc.) this time.
• I had applied for an SBI card 2 years ago, and the same thing happened — first SMS said approved, then later it was rejected.
• I want to know whether this current application is really approved or still pending.

Can someone please clarify what these mixed messages mean? Should I expect the card to be issued or wait for further verification?did anyone faced anything like this

Sometimes text message are delayed and do not come in correct order. You can always track your application to be 100% sure.

On tracking page it says like this

We are now validating your application and will update you through SMS, post approval.

Does this means like card approved. 2 years ago i applied card and they shown some tentative credit limit as well. Unfortunately after a month they rejected the application stating some internal policy even though i have good credit score dont know what is happening in sbi.
