I request help here, if anyone can assist me.

I applied for the Flipkart Axis Bank credit card through Myntra.
It was approved and delivered to me on 6th December.
So I have been waiting for the welcome offers: Myntra ₹500, Cleartrip ₹500, and Flipkart ₹250 vouchers as mentioned on the Myntra website.

Now I’ll start the story:

1. I placed my first order on 30th November on Myntra.
So I contacted the Myntra X Team only for the Myntra ₹500 voucher.
They sent me a message saying, “The coupon you applied was a one-time offer.”
I asked them about the welcome voucher, but they kept talking about the coupon.

2. Next, I emailed customergrievance@myntra.com
.
After a few hours, I got a call from the Myntra escalation desk.
He told me the same thing: that I needed to place my first order on Myntra using the credit card to get a 7.5% cashback (up to ₹500).

Then I said, “I am talking about the welcome voucher, not the cashback.”
He said, “The 7.5% cashback is your welcome voucher.”

I replied, “There is no connection between cashback and the welcome voucher. The Myntra app clearly mentions a ₹500 voucher.”

Then he twisted my words by saying that on 30th November I placed an order but stopped at the payment method, so their system captured it as my first order even though it wasn’t completed. Then, when I placed the next successful order, they counted it as the second one.
So they are not giving me the voucher because they say the first order ‘did not take place.’

I said, “Your website or terms and conditions do not mention this anywhere, so it is your fault.”

He said, “Yes, we accept it’s our fault, but we are not giving you any voucher. We will only take this as feedback.”

What should I do?

If these vouchers were promised by myntra and not axis bank and u have already raised with their grievance and twitter team then only option is to raise on NCH ( national consumer helpline).

But if these were promised by axis bank then only axis is responsible and u can go to RBIO, Otherwise no.

I send direct message, if you check it.
