My BOB ETERNA LTF has been approved recently with CL of 2L although they had mentioned 3L in the initial online application.

I had applied on C2C basis and the application was approved after a week. Physical verification was done for home as well as office, though I was not present at my office at that particular time. However, it did not impact the application status.

The entire application process was smooth and quick. No documents were asked apart from the existing CC recent statement, PAN, Aadhar and passport size photograph.

Further to my above post, kindly note that I was initially informed that I was not eligible for any BOBCARD when I had applied through the ETERNA LTF banner on the website as well as through third party links. This had happened after an automatic PAN check from the backend.

I then proceeded to download the BOBCARD app and applied through their APPLY generic link. And surprisingly I succeeded in availing this CC in a swift process.

Also, please opt for MASTERCARD variant since it increases your chances of approval marginally. The reason behind this is that more than 95% applicants seek VISA or RUPAY variants, but the banks need to fulfill their quotas for the less preferred networks too.

Hope my post helps some of the rejected and the prospective applicants.

I called CC today and checked for the points and MCC for UPI EBIX transactions under utility category. Surprisingly no points and MCC code were reflecting in their system for these transactions. For other online transactions made after those, MCC and points were showing up in their system and confirmed.
