DCB Lounge access receipt shows 0 remaining

So I'm currently at IGI Terminal 1 Encalm lounge using HDFC DCB which offers unlimited lounge access.

But upon checking the receipt the remaining visits count shows 0/1.

Has anyone noticed such thing?

Yeah, sharing QR code in message. Added 5 different cards then got the access, paid 2₹ non refundable each time, so spent 10₹ , UPI me those 😂
