I just got the LTF Bank of Baroda Eterna RuPay credit card and the whole process happened without submitting a single physical document. No salary slip. No address proof upload. No branch visit. I wanted to share the full experience.

I casually opened the Bank of Baroda website to check if the lifetime free offer was still available. From there I landed on the credit card apply page.

I filled very basic details like name, mobile number, salary range, and occupation. That was it. After this, a CIBIL enquiry happened automatically.

Next step was Aadhaar authentication. I completed it using DigiLocker. It was quick and smooth.

After that, the system showed me three to four credit cards that I was eligible for. I selected the Eterna RuPay card. It showed a credit limit of two lakh. I was fine with that.

Right after selection, I was redirected to the video KYC page. At that moment I exited because I got busy and forgot about it.

After two days, I received an email from Bank of Baroda asking me to continue my application. I clicked the link. It again asked for Aadhaar authentication, which I completed.

Then it took me to the video KYC page again. This is where I faced a small issue. The page could not access my camera and mic on my laptop. I tried Safari, Chrome, and Brave. None worked. I then tried on my phone. Safari did not work there either.

Finally, it worked on Chrome on my phone.

Once connected, I was put in a waiting queue. It took around thirty minutes before a human agent joined. The agent asked very basic questions like name, purpose of card, and confirmation of details. The call ended in a few minutes.

After that, there was no update for the rest of the day.

The next day, I received a message saying my credit card was approved. The message also included the last four digits of the card. I was told to download the Bank of Baroda app and start using the card digitally.

Two days later, I got another message saying the physical card was dispatched via Blue Dart with the tracking number.

Overall timeline for me was around five days from start to delivery message. But technically, the card was approved the very next day after video KYC.

The best part is that there was no document verification in the traditional sense. Everything happened digitally using Aadhaar, DigiLocker, and video KYC.

If you already have a decent credit score and clean history, this process is very smooth. Just make sure your Aadhaar details and mobile number are linked properly.

Hope this helps anyone who is planning to apply and is unsure about the process.

Bro savings account doesn't matter here I guess.
I think you don't have any credit cards that's the main reason.
Ask them properly, and share the necessary documents whatever they asked.
Also try to get some other credit card either axis or hdfc.
