for HDFC Credit Card: use 'Smartbuy' plateform to goto 'make my trip' and earn upto 10 times of the reward point.
I am using it for my Infinia nad it works very well.

Which is best way to book hotels through mmt axis gv r banks discounts better
It depends on what you are planning to use reward points for? If you are planning to use it for miles then MMT gv bought through giftedge is best(unsure about cancellation policy) or you can go with Axis traveledge platform(5x rewards). If you are not into miles game then go for banks discount.
For HDFC smartbuy, it also gives good reward points.

For miles only but bank discounts r huge compared to flights so thinking already used traveledge n Yatra for flights

How huge? I normally see 10-12% offer on flights. On hotels I agree bank discount is huge. Recently I booked one international hotel with 35% off through Kotak cards. But for flights never saw any offer beyond 15% or so.
