Give them the stipulated time they want, then escalated to RBI CMS.

ask them for no due email confirmation

Sent an email to RBI and reported against SBM Bank. Got the No Due Certificate within 2 weeks.

is the rbi email id? and what should I mention in the email, do I have to cc postpe customercare as well?

They closed my postpe account within one day and sent me No Due Certificate on the next day

I mentioned in the mail that it will be last mail to you and if you don't want to close my account, I will complain to RBI after 30 days.

Just tell them that I don't want to share my credit information to any credit bureaus and don't need any loan account unnecessarily in cibil score.

Postpe is automatically closing loans in cibil now. Mine is closed recently without any request

Thank you. Very useful. I am now placing a closure request with them. The company is anyway done and dusted. The RBI directives was the final nail in their coffin.
