If U Purchase then APay Card Gives 5% Cashback Points But If U Return any product or If U Receive any Refund then I'm Damn Sure that Bank Will never Give Proper Cashback.

In My Case I Purchased Goods worth 3000 and still Statement Shows -15 Rewards.

Complained a lot but no one is caring.

Finally Approached RBI BO.

THEN THEY Emailed.

So If U Face any issue then Approach RBI.

This is My 30th Complaint and As My Matter is Genuine... Honourable RBI BO Helped me a lot.

Sorry but I did not understand your case. You said you purchased something of Rs 3000/- and cashback showing -15. You also mentioned some return happened.
What is about 30th complaint? is it regarding same issue you complained 30 times?

But Bro, very few might put in the effort. And, I sincerely respect the ones who do, cos this could bring about a change in Bank's high-headed behaviour and also in thier future policies/protocols.

For instance, ICICI has not credited the points for my credit card usage for the past many months and I have called them, etc.
