Everytime UPI Payment Failed

I have Rupay variant TATA Neu Plus Credit. I linked Bhim UPI Successfully. And I paid credit card bill through Bhim UPI Successfully. But I try to pay scan QR code transaction failed. I am paying icici merchant QR Code. So I want to know what I am doing wrong so My transaction failed. Give me your valuable suggestions.

Try through other apps like Payzapp, Paytm Beta, Tata Neu, Mobikwik etc.

I am also facing the similar problem. Trying since yesterday. All the UPI merchant transactions using Neu infinity card are failing for me. Tried BHIM and Mobikwik

Called up HDFC Neu support today and registered a complaint. The person on the line was saying that some people are facing this issue and asked me to check again in 24 hrs. Let's hope that it gets resolved.

I tried with HDFC IOCL card, worked fine, no issues

I think there was some condition like " The merchant should give his consent/ should activate receiving payment via credit card". Not sure but I think I read it somewhere don't remember the source either
