Query regarding Au bank digital account

the physical debit card necessary on au digital account… I can see au abhi account variant which only has virtual debit card.. But uts validity is only showing 1 year…. I dont want to take any physical payment based debit card… As already having free debit cards….

Don't know, didn't ask, but don't think they have a virtual free dc like kotak 811
I would not deactivate sms alerts man, 18 per quarter is low enough, its like not drinking tea or coffee for a day. I would strongly suggest not to keep it off.

THanks for suggestions I mailed them.... Did they enabled in just ine email or they called for that..??

I confirmed with them, they don't have free debit card on this account.

They did have one on their older one but it was virtual only.

This debit card seems to have lot of offers tbh, not bad for debit card which only costs 177/-. She said I even had domestic lounge access 🤔

Yes rupay platinum cards have that... I have hdfc one.. Used it on Igi airport.... Just 2 rs refundable verification..... I used one time but I guess its 2 per quarter....

Yes 8 lounge access every year, 2 per quarter

If the account is zero balance.... Then no harm in opening.....

It can be useful anytime..... Coz major bank sometimes face severe outrage... Then it might work in urgent needs.... Do 1-2 transactions in 2-4 months... Account will be active....

And this au bank also provides video banking facility... Which I don't think any other bank in India provides.... Video kyc... Lot of them provides....

You can do lot of service request and raise issues... And also has cheque related services... And also transaction... Like transfer of money... Via video banking....

I guess Indusind Bank also has this feature, haven't tried it yet, but will definitely give it a try.

BTW did you adopt for physical dc, if no were the changes applicable inspite of not opting for physical dc
