Received MyZone LTF

thunderbolt

TF Select
VIP Lounge
Applied online on 14th feb, vkyc done on 16th feb, home verification done on 17th feb, got card approved SMS on 21st feb, card delivered on 24th feb.
I just had to provide Aadhar, PAN, mention annual income. No income docs or other CC statement. I didn’t have prior relationship with Axis bank. Also I’m self employed.
This is my first Axis CC & LTF so I’m happy.
Limit: 2.69L

Did you apply on the basis of a preapproved offer or something or did you go and apply yourself?

No preapproved, I didn’t have any relationship with Axis bank before. I went to axis bank website & applied by clicking on “Apply Now” in this banner

What's your highest credit limit of other cards?

As a self-employed, what did you write in the company name, email and company address?

My Zone LTF also approved. 🥳 My first ever Axis credit card. After declining Axis Flipkart paid, Axis LIC LTF, Axis Freecharge Plus paid last year in Feb 2022, May and Dec respectively, they finally approved this now in Feb 2023.
I think they were waiting for 1 year completion of oldest CC (from Jan 2022) or closing my many BNPL/Pay Later/credit line/loan accounts. 😄 Either of these were causing applications to get rejected even though I have 13 CCs from 10 banks — Axis was the missing feather in my cap.

This time, I applied via CashKaro app, as I got notification from it. There was no video KYC. I don't have any prior relationship with Axis Bank except Freecharge app (Wallet and Pay Later still active). KYC was offline - person visited, just a formality, entering the Aadhaar and PAN, OTP. During card application, there was hard CIBIL enquiry (CIBIL is 772) and also CRIF score pulled as soon as I completed application on Cashkaro.

Before physical KYC, there was automated (robot) call to verify info and 1 manual (human) phone call. On the human phone verfication, the lady said to keep ITR computation and acknowledgement ready of last 2 years so I kept these ready but the KYC guy who came never asked for it. I am self-employed. Applied on 15th Feb, card approved message on 21st, card delivered on 27th Feb.

Now next goal is securing Federal and AU Bank CCs. And some day SBI cashback and LTF Axis Flipkart.

Update: Credit Limit is ₹56,000. Not very good but not dismal either. Hopefully they will increase it in a few months.
Update2: Got Axis Kiwi and Axis Ace both pre-approved later in 2023 but Ace is the badly devalued one.
