Query regarding Au bank digital account

the physical debit card necessary on au digital account… I can see au abhi account variant which only has virtual debit card.. But uts validity is only showing 1 year…. I dont want to take any physical payment based debit card… As already having free debit cards….

I called customer care and applied there... I think there is an option on their website also... Form given.. You can download and submit to branch....

If you opened digital account via bob world app u wont get option for Rupay Platinum.... Only visa classic..... If you opened via bob website you will see option for rupay platinum.... If not then you have to call cs.... I tried 3 times... On third call the cs executive was able to understand the issue and applied... The first two told.. Have to visit branch....

Actually I had not opened a/c in Bob at all, I had education loan and account in Vijaya bank, it was overtaken by Bob 2-3 years ago.

I'll see, can you share any customer care number if u have?

Not tried. Maybe I'll try after a few months.

I did ask my branch manager that I can open a current account with them if they offer me LTF credit card, they said they can't do that.
