Magnus application stuck

I applied for magnus online on 18th, next day documents collected, biometric done. My application was been on hold for 1 week now.

I have salary above required limits. I have Axis Ace with limit >4L.

Yesterday, I got a call from call center saying there's some issue with salary docs, (I think the executive didn't submit the salary slip, he was crying that I have given him a soft copy and he'll have to pay 5 rupees to print it). They asked me for my other CC details, and I told them about my ACE card. The bank manager is not taking my calls.

What should I do at this stage?

You can simply call the customer care and ask for upgrade the card to magnus.

If your have less than three cards in axis and also if your card is 3 months old then you will get the magnus card in a call
