Don't really know the cheapest way but using rupay platinum card you'll get 1̶0̶%̶ ̶ 20% off upto 100 per month

Today I tried to load using platinum card used on last friday again, but it did not work today.

The processing fees show 2.5%+GST
also the max limit is restricted to 5000 now
I just now purchased and got charged 5147.5
5% cashback is 250 so still looks good
