Problem with One Score App

This new UI of One Score is dumb as F*!

It clubs my Amazon Pay Later accounts from Capfloat and KVB into one! (Probably because they have same account number😂).

I am able to access either one of them through CIBIL or Experian!

Funny thing is that, customer support says that I should get it corrected from credit bureaus. This is the dumbest argument by FPL lab yet!😂


Is anyone else facing the same issue?

1. Are you paying anything to OneScore App to check your credit score?
2. Are you not aware of the way any FPL conducts their Business?

1. No (Obviously, I don't think you spend time on YT, recently they flooded it with this apps ads for - Free this! Free that!).

Exactly - if it is free service, then why are you abusing the app which is offering free service.

Please pay subscription amount for CIBIL and if they report anything incorrectly, you may vent out your frustration.
