How to close RBL Cards

Dear All,

Now a days I noticed a lot of people are facing issues while closing their RBL Credit Card.
It turns out to be a daunting task since these guys are too much reluctant to close any of the cards.
They will make new promises & excuses over call which will never be executed & at the end of the year you will have to bear Annual charges at the cost of nothing.
Recently I had supported my Brother in law to close his RBL Bajaj Finserv Super Card(2000+GST Joining Fee) which is the Worst Card ever.
Therefore, thought of writing & sharing the escalation matrix with you all:-

1. First E-Mail to these ID's supercardservice@rblbank.com & customercare@rblbank.com (They will make fake promises, you will get calls nothing will move towards closure)
2. After the turn around time escalate to headcardservice@rblbank.com. (Very likely you are not going to get any reply but send at least 1-2 reminders)
3. Escalate to the next level principalnodalofficer@rblbank.com with a copy all of these above ID's(Very likely you will get reply but again fake promises)
4. Send a mail in Big & Bold letters to their MD & Retail Head Mr. Harjeet Toor(harjeet.toor@rblbank.com)

I had to come to the last escalation point. Even after mailing to their Head it took almost 4-5 reminders where I have used Red Colors Font in Big & Bold style.
Then got an e-mail from Creditcardscomplaintmanagementunit@rblbank.com stating that the Credit Card account is closed & for NOC again 2-3 mail more.

Remember, always take NOC after you closed any Credit Card/Loan Account, it is very very important.
Since I faced too many issues while closing so thought of creating one Post for this.

Closed my RBL BFL travel easy Shitcard recently.
Got it closed over call only within 15 days .

I took the card because it promised 10% Cashback on fuel spends , which they shamelessly never gave.

I complained and escalated many times for six months. Never got resolved.

The retention team said i had -45 balance and 1000 points , so please don't close the card.

At this point i didn't cared so i insisted on closing the card , so they finally gave up.
