How can I apply for SC Digismart?

It doesn't show any option to apply online. I don't have any relation with SC bank. Or is the card discontinued?
I was also planning to apply for SC Manhattan for groceries and departmental stores cashback.

I can apply for Manhattan but no option to apply for DigiSmart card.
