You need to request Green Pin from HDFC Customer Care first, then use it at ATM to set your own PIN

Login to netbanking , go to “cards” section.
Then click “request” tab then “credit card atm pin”.
It will generate 6 digit otp on your number.
Go to atm and then click on set pin, put in 6 digit otp, then primary card holder mobile number it’ll ask and then finally set your 4 digit pin.

Very weird thing happened with DCB add on,

1) i got new card number which is different than the original card
2) I added the card in original card net banking with add on card mobile number (OTP came on add on mobile number)
3) this card is listed as a new entry on original card net banking.

Any ideas?
