please can anyone answer my question that I have applied bank of Baroda credit Card by agent through digital platform after submitting application and last process of ending e sign by legality does my bank of Baroda credit Card is approved or not?

Correct. And in my case they asked for additional documents as well to be uploaded for income proof (salary slips).
