When should I recieve the refund?

Still they mentioned in 7-10 Days but having doubt.

These fintech companies are more reliable than your neighbour or a friend. They will refund your money for sure unlike a friend who will run away with your money,.. aur mangne se bolega agle mahine deta hoon which never comes.

It seems the interest on my OneCard FD is showing in my IT return, how to download the interest certificate, or is it not required when filing the ITR.
